Cranberry & Walnut Sourdough
Tart dried cranberries and rough-chopped walnuts in a 76% hydration sourdough. The loaf I bake from October onward and can't stop making.
Bread
Fig and Walnut Sourdough
A sourdough with pockets of jammy Black Mission figs and rough-chopped walnuts. The kind of loaf that disappears the same day you bake it.
Bread
Sesame Sourdough Calzone
A golden, sesame-crusted sourdough calzone filled with fig jam and sweet Medjool dates. Somewhere between bread and pastry.
Bread
Dark Chocolate & Tart Cherry Sourdough
Pockets of dark chocolate, tart dried cherries, and a little orange zest. Darker and less sweet than it sounds.
